1. Introduction These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) govern the purchase and sale of products offered by SCNTD (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”) via its online store. By purchasing on the Seller’s website, the buyer agrees to these Terms.
2. Product Offerings SCNTD offers high-quality car fragrances available for purchase through its online store. Each product is presented with a detailed description, photographs, and price.
3. Prices All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT), but do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are defined on the cart page before finalizing the purchase. The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
4. Ordering and Payment Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. After placing an order, the buyer receives an email confirmation. Payment can be made using various payment methods available on the Seller’s website.
5. Preparation and Delivery The preparation time for orders is 1 to 3 days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery time depends on the delivery location. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

7. Complaints and Returns In case of complaints or returns, the buyer must contact the Seller within 14 days from the day of receiving the goods. The Seller will address the complaint per the law and arrange for the product replacement or a refund.

Personal data collected during the purchase will be used for fulfilling the order and it will be shared with third-party shipping companies. Contact details will be used for communication with the buyer unless other consent is given by the buyer.
